Standards??
There was no effort in any organization. Things don't have to be perfect, especially in a teen/kids store, but it seemed as if nothing had been put in its correct spots for months. When checking out I had no greeting from the distracted cashier, as he was talking to another employee. The only thing he said to me was my total. I'm seriously thinking about applying just to tidy up, since the current employees have no intention of doing so.
