Five Stone Kids - Lebanon, Pennsylvania 17042 - 2589 - Lebanon Valley Mall

Had my sons 1st birthday party here and paid $200 for a Sunday 2 hour private party. Turns out their 2 hours means only 1.5 hours. My party was supposed to start at 3:45-5:45 we'll they didn't kick anyone out till 4:15! And when I asked the worker she just looked at me and said oh. But yet she had no problem coming in multiple times during my party to tell me everyone needed to be out at exactly 5:45. The whole reason I booked a private party was because my son turned 1 and he doesn't walk yet so I didn't want a bunch of random kids running over him or anything. I also had random kids trying to come into the party room to drink my drinks! And when the worker finally kicked everyone out so my party could start I had a bunch of parents being pissed off at me! I had some rude comments thrown my way. The party room was also very dirty! When I messaged about having 30 mins of my party not being private they told me that they don't have a 2 hour private party that it's a 1 hour and 45 min long private party! Then they should advertise that and have you pay for that instead of thinking you pay for 2 hours! This place is ridiculous and the workers just sit on their phone the entire time and their couches in the play room for the parents to sit look like they came out of a frat house. It's an ok place to come and let your kids play at for a bit but I will never have a birthday party there again sooo disappointed!
