The best customer service
This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had at Cross County Mall. Coming in from another shoe store that was horrible. The customer service that was displayed turned my day around. First Pedro the sales associate was extremely helpful, full of energy and got me exactly what I was looking for. Then when checking out, Liz the cashier was amazing. She was able to price match my item, helping me save. Especially with it being back to school season, I really appreciate that. I didn’t get the mangers name but he was also helpful and full of energy. If you are looking for sneakers and great customer service this Cross County Footaction is your store. Thank you again!
