Unacceptable Behavior
Sam, the store manager threatened me in front of my son, after his bad hearing and small ego did not like the fact that I thought the policies were "retarded". He tried to argue with me in front of my 7 year old son and refused to service me after I said " That is retarded for me to lose $30 on a brand new shoe". He said "Don't call me retarded" and I repeated what I said he refused to help me and walked off saying "Get fuck up". I have taken several customer service classes and I am 100% sure that that os not how you speak to 1. Customers 2. Woman 3. If front of a child. My son is confused to why he had to be so rude to us. I have called cooperate and is waiting for a response, also will be filling a police report. It is not right to talk to people like that on front of their children and I was trying to spend my hard earned money.
