Football Heaven - Richmond, Virginia 23235 - Chesterfield Towne Center

Ive shopped in here multiple times and have had horrible experiences every time. The older female who runs this shop gives the worst customer service ive ever seen. Ive witnessed her berate and yell at a customer for simply asking her if she carried certain sports merchandise, I've seen first hand how if someone is enjoying their time in the store taking their time browsing how she will rush them into buying something just to get them out. My own personal horror story, I attempted to return merch. That was defective and had large holes in it. i returned to the store 30 minutes later of buying it and asked for either a refund or exchange. Right away i was shut down for any type of refund. She was extremely rude to me saying the shirts smelled like smoke (Which i don't smoke) and was annoyed when she had to give me a new shirts. I'm very active in my community and a huge sports fan. I've made it a personal mission to let EVERYONE i know avoid Sports Heaven and that there are plenty of good sports shops in the chestefield/Richmond area to spend their money. I hope the mall gives serious thought as to NOT renewing their lease, Im sure the mall can attract and find other sports shops with higher regard for their customers to come lease space.
