Worst return policy ever
I wanted to return a gift from this store and the manager told me since I don’t have the receipt she will not return my item for what it is worth. The tags were still on. The jacket was 49.99 and she was going to give me $15 because the jacket is on sale now. She had a horrible attitude and the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. She even told me I am not going to argue with you! I will never go back to this forever 21.
