Forever 21 poorly managed
I was in the store April 22nd, I went in to find a dress couldn't get anyone to help me. They were just standing around gossiping with each other , about who's going to get promotions or raises. Everything in the store is so unorganized. No one greets you when you come in the door or ask if you need any help. They need new management. Just can't go to this location anymore, I have watched it deteriorate, With bad customer service. I live in Sugarland and I'm willing to travel to downtown or the Galleria to Forever 21.
