The team members that I have had the opportunity to deal with except for 2 are very rude and lazy. I am an individual w some disabilities who ordered purchased over 5 boxes of clothing items from their stores. When I asked for bags so that I could carry them out due to the fact that it was obvious that no one person could carry out all of those boxes the young woman who was a manager was quite rude and unwilling and told me I would have to pay for the bags. I had also asked if I could get some help out of their store with the boxes and she was quite rude about that as well. I shop aloft online at this store for both myself and my husband so I felt quite disappointed in their behavior as not even wanting to assist me after spending so much money in their store over the past several years. The manager whom I dealt w name is Kam or Kami, very poor customer service relation skills. And sadly the other manager was the same, the agents except 2 were nice and helpful.
