I went to shop at Forever 21 at Eastview Mall, Victor, NY May 1, 2019 between 1200N and 1230PM. I was standing in front of a register to pay for my purchase but I told the cashier that I have to find my Forever 21 card with the credit in it to use toward my purchase. While doing that the cashier took other customers using another register. After I found my card, another employee named Sarah (sp) appeared and said, "may I help you?" I said yes and I handed her my purchase. Sarah looked at me and then she said, "she can help you" and she left. I said to the other cashier, I thought she was going to help me! The other customer also said, "I thought so, too." I asked the other cashier who was that woman she said she is her boss and her name is Sarah. I said what a customer service! I would like to talk to her boss!
