THEY ARE VERY PUSHY SALESPERSON. THEY WILL STAND OUTSIDE FORCING YOU TO GO INSIDE AND FORCE YOU TO BUY A PRODUCT. THEY WILL GIVE YOU FAKE COMPLIMENTS TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF. VERY AGGRESSIVE AND WILL TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER.
Empty product
They pressured me to come into their store and buy a product! The product is over priced does not work but the worst part is… he went and traded out the product for a used container and it was empty when I went to use it. He pretended like he thought they got new containers and pretended like he was confused thinking back in it I now know he traded the new product! This company is a scam!

Buyer Beware! Forever Flawless is in Town Center Mall. They lure you in with a free sample then upsell you with high pressure sales. I tried to return the unused/unopened products I purchased 1 week earlier and the manager was no where to be found. I called him several times and left a message and her never returned any of my messages. I called corporate and they won't do anything. Skin Care Line is average. Their high pressure sales force tell you you are purchasing enough product for a year's worth of skin care, then promises you a free facial, once in the free facial they try to sell you more expensive product and then admit the products you did purchase will probably only last a few months. I tried to return the products, no one in the store "does returns", I called the manager several times to find out when he would be at the store to return the product, the manager never returned my call. I have seen in previous reviews people are avoiding Town Center just because of this business. I hope the other businesses at Town Center know Forever Flawless is hurting the customer traffic and Town Center Mall. Beware of this business! Say no to the BAIT AND SWITCH free skin care samples! It is a scam.
