I purchased smart watches from this fossil store during CHRISTmas. I had to replace my cell phone and could not sync it to the watch.
I went back to fossil and got wonderful service. The regional mgr Connie) was there and she spent about an hour giving me a tutorial of the watch. She and the store staff have a satisfied customer. They deserve a raise!!
