They disgust me
This place is the worst place I’ve seen on the planet!! I bought cologne for my fiancé which they charged me $60 for but I didn’t mind since it’s one he really liked. After I got home I decided to search it up just to find out that every other place is selling it for $30. I went back to return it and the guy was nothing but a dick and said that I can only exchange it. I’m taking my fiancé back there with me and we better get our money back!
Something smells fishy
Did I really spend $70 on a $25 cologne? In hindsight, I should’ve researched the prices online, but they’re profiting on customers ignorance. Rep wasn’t in the store and when he showed up, he tried to get me out ASAP. Sales rep even tried up selling me and got visibly mad when I didn’t bite. What kind of customer service is this?
Rip-Off
Do not buy from this place very big rip-off I bought four bottles of perfume so they gave me some decent discounts however I get them home I run a product search with the barcode and come to find out that I could have bought the exact same one from Walmart for $24 as opposed to the $109 I paid for this at the frequent hut. Obviously I have to take a little bit of the responsibility for not pricing it out beforehand however you know there is a nice store in the mall I thought they would be reputable. Again do not buy from the store very big rip-off!
Never buy perfume or cologne here
I bought a perfume for me and cologne for my boyfriend. I get home and open the bag to see he gave me a colonge with a ripped box so it has obviously been used, and the cologne is not even near being at the top of the bottle, it has definitely been used many times. Then I look up the perfume on Amazon and its $18 when perfume hut charged me $44 and told me that was THIRTY PERCENT OFF. This place is a total rip off and I would highly recommend never buying anything from them.
