Terrible Experience
I went into Francesca's for my first time on Saturday. They were having good sale and were busy. Most of the employees were wonderful! Two employees names Sara and Asia were very sweet and despite the crowded store, they appeared very calm. The issue was with an employee named Grace. She completely ruined my shopping experience by yelling at me and countless guests and was very harsh while speaking to costumers. Customer service isn't for her.
