I have shopped at free people since they came to easton and until this year service was good. Not sure what is happening but every time I go in the store now... this is what I see.
1. All associates behind the desk chatting, texting , giggling and a quick welcome
2. Never on the floor asking if you need any or if you need a dressing room
3. They seem very confused about anything you need or questions you may have
4. Don't even acknowledge you leaving the store.
Please get new management or train these people or you won't last long! This is not the Free People we love!
