French's Shoes & Boots - Knoxville, Tennessee 37934 - Turkey Creek

I have been to this location on several occasions, and normally when we visit, we buy numerous pairs of boots and shoes . There were 4 associates, 2 men 2, young ladies. 1 young lady was very helpful, and 1 man as well . The heavy set, tanned, dark haired young lady, that sat behind the counter , as well as the older gentleman, with glasses, leaning over the whole time, neither would wait in anyone. When we arrived, there we 2 other shoppers inside the store, browsing, as we were checking out , there were several people inside the store , as 1 rang us up , they 1 young lady trying to help as many as she could , one customer approached the two behind the counter, but were ignored. The employees continued to whisper, giggle and laugh and customers, making it very obvious as to what they were doing . I myself, will take my business elsewhere, I will never spend another dine inbthe turkey creek location. Very rude and unprofessional!
