I wish I could remember the name of the manager on duty Tuesday, but that somewhat heavyset, bespectacled and otherwise dashing young man truly saved my family Thanksgiving in Fort Myers. The deli clerks were beside themselves over the store running out of the 3-5 service holiday dinner, and - just as I was about to give up - this manager stepped in and swapped in a whole turkey with all the fixings offered, and, as promised, had our box ready by noon on Wednesday. His service rivaled the truly excellent meal that transpired, and I hope he is recognized and appreciated as the finest kind of representative your market has to offer.
