Very Poor Customer Service
We bought furniture in December 2021 - delivered Christmas Eve. The console table was dented and an arm hydraulic was not working. We reported it immediately to the owner and sent pictures to his personal cell phone (which he has acknowledged). We are in July now and nothing has been done to remedy. So many stories when asked - coming from Malaysia, Baton Rouge, New Orleans. When we inquire, we are accused of threatening. Read the reviews!!!!!
I would not recommend this place!
We were told we couldn’t be their because my niece was pushing my son in one of those mall kiddie cars. The employee said his floor was laminate and he didn’t want it to mess up his floor. His store, so he can do what he wants. Guess the employees don’t like children.
