December 20, Worst customer service I have ever received. Not one customer service representative looked like they wanted to be there. I tried to impress my sister-in-law, with a beautiful gift by G. They just threw my crap in the bag. No tissue. No Ziploc baggies for the jewelry, they just threw my sister-in-law‘s expensive Christmas present in the fucking bag. The man in front of me asked kindly for a shoebox… No shoebox either. They threw his daughter’s expensive Christmas present in the fucking bag. That was horrible customer service. They all looked miserable. You suck.
