Poor customer service
Came to the store to find jeans in complete chaos. Someone peed in the fitting room and the employees were cussing him out. In the midst of the chaos my salesperson tells me to just try them on at home and I can always exchange or refund. So, the jeans didn’t fit I go for the refund and the lady tells me there’s no refunds just exchanges. I tell her what the salesperson told me and her response was that the salesperson was their “top seller”. Umm, like what exactly does that mean? Predatory salesman, poor customer service, and misinformation, I highly recommend not responding your dollar here. Saks fifth is better
