Scam
On Jan 6th 2022 someone in a Facebook group I'm in for Loungefly bags was dealing with awful customer service from a guy named Mark. Apparently you don't get receipts or tracking, she finally did get tracking after threatening to blast them. Just not the way to talk to anyone buying stuff from you. They originally just sent her a screenshot of them getting her payment on Paypal that's it. She STILL hasn't received her bag as of Jan 26th.
