Sales associates don't know their own policies
I usually have nothing but good things to say about this store. But since the staff has been rotated, they are rude and unhelpful. One girl said I could not return a used game I bought 24 hours before because it was used. She made me trade it in and was very rude about it. When I asked why couldn't I get my money back, she said it was in the retun policy on the back of the recipt; which says, i can get a full refund withinn 7 days of the pruchase. She basicly cheated me out of my money. I'm very dissatisfied.
