HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED FORM ANY GAMESTOP LOCATION. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR JUST OVER 20 MINUTES WHILE LOOKING FOR A PRE-ORDER PRODUCT. SHE EASILY FORGOT ABOUT ME SO I HUNG UP, AND CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY. SHE TOLD ME IT WAS ME WHO HUNG-UP. HER CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE WILL ENCOURAGE ME TO DO MY BEST NOT TO RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
