TERRIBLE SERVICE BY FRANCISCA THE MANAGER
I ordered a specific flavored shake (cookie dough) for my son and a half and half ice cream for myself. The girl misunderstood and made my ice cream flavor as the shake. When she brought it to me I told her it seemed like the wrong flavor. She apologized and made another one. She offered me the incorrect one to take home. I said no but she insisted. The manager told her not to do that again b/c next time I'll do the same thing. Super rude!
