Gertrude Hawk Chocolates - North Wales, Pennsylvania 19454 - 3904 - Montgomery Mall

On 12/23 at 11:00 AM I was in this store getting candy for my grandmother and received the WORST customer service I have ever received. A woman with black hair was behind the counter boxing candies. She first told me that we could either get one piece of butter cream chocolate or 5 pounds... thinking these were my only options I asked for the 5 lbs box and she says “are you out of your mind”. Then, the gentleman behind the counter politely explains that it’s between one piece up to 5 pounds... while waiting for our order, the woman asks me if I like cofffee.. i replied no. She then says “well maybe you should try it, it might wake you up a little”. I was so insulted I walked out of the store after spending $77. I will never go back to that store.
