Cheap Products/ Horrible Service
I drove from New Philadelphia to Canton's Belden Mall. My daughter found GIO and their Harry Potter Wands and spent her allowance to buy one. While checking it out when we got home it lightly grazed the table and BROKE. I called GIO today and they refuse to replace it or refund it. The wands turned out to be cheaply made plastic. I would suggest if you want one buy it elsewhere. $20 is too much for something so cheaply made.
