Disappointing
I am at this establishment for a pedi. Upon entering, the staff is friendly and my wait to be seated in a chair was approximately four minutes. The technician was friendly and engaged in initial chat. I was given a brochure and asked what # pedi I wanted (1-4 or 5). Guys ....IT WAS A TRAIN WRECK...she nipped at my cuticles and didn't address all of them. I asked her about it and she said something and moved on saying to JUST look at them when done.
