Very bad service
I went to there to return a couple of supplements I didn’t like. The rude bastard asked me what was wrong with them. I said I didn’t like them and I don’t think they will work. He kept asking me more questions like he didn’t want to refund my money. Just because I used the stuffs once he felt like that’s not a good reason to return them. He is that tall guy with black hair and black beard. I will never go there again. I have never been treated like that in any other gnc stores. I even showed him the receipt. He needs some training in how to handle such situation. He acts like he’s a bad ass just because he’s tall and ugly. You guys lost my business as long as he is still working there. I’ll just go to vitamin shoppe for now on.
