Very rude will not go back I wouldn’t even leave one star

My daughter went into store today with my 3 year old granddaughter. Around 630pm. She left to find me in the mall. Came back 6:45pm, the lady working at the store locked the door, let people out, would not let us back in. Told us they were closed.
Terrible experience
My daughter and her family went into this toy store today. I never leave reviews becouse I myself own a business, but I must say that they were treated very badly for no reason. I'm understand that so much has changed since covid and help is so hard to find but after losing so much to covid did we have to lose common human decency and a bit customer service. I want to say that they were discriminated against.
