Unfriendly staff
Was asked what I needed when I walked in the store and was then aggressively followed around by staff. I understand monitoring your store, but try making it less obvious? The selection is mediocre but it was nice to see the product in person. However, because of the unwelcome atmosphere, I made mental notes and will be making my purchases online.
Mixed selection, marginally overpriced.
While they do carry many new toys and collectibles, it often comes at a 20-25% markup.
