Great shop with great clothing
I really love this shop. It’s unique and I don’t find much of the clothes they have in other stores at this mall, it really is my go-to. If you like hippie or bohemian type clothing this is the place for you. I always leave with a handful of items.

WORST shopping experience ever. Tried/purchased several dresses. Policy was “exchanges/no refunds.” Fine. Disliked one (reconsidered for different style/color.) Tried to get even exchange for a swim suit cover. 2 managers REFUSED bc exchanged once (tags, receipts, never worn.) Hung up on me! ( I’m not rude.) Told me to leave. CALLED SECURITY. Humiliating. Owner came, argued, then finally did exchange. Awful. NEVER AGAIN.
No Refunds only Exchange
Go Gal store in Mesa Mall 1st floor return policy is they only accept IN STORE EXCHANGES up to 30 days. No refunds are accepted. I had bought a dress for my wife on Feb 13th and tried to return the dress on March 1st. I was told by the employee who sold me the dress that returns were accepted for up to 30 days. When I tried to return the dress, I was told that a return is only accepted with a direct in-store exchange, no refund is Go Gal policy.
