Zero Stars! We bought a toy puppy pal and the sales girl lied about its functions. We asked if it barked continuously and she said no. We asked if the had some puppy pals to demonstrate its functions and she said no. We bought it and tried it out. It barks continuously and the battery life was about 5 minutes. I brought it back and they told me that their policy for refunds was the toy had to be unopened. In order to find out how it worked, I had to open it. We had to rely on the sales girl's information and she lied. All she had to do was tell us that she didn't know. Their policy is written in small print on the back of the receipt but this was never pointed out. Tried calling area director at another store and after ringing for 3 minutes with no answer I gave up. This is a WARNING! Beware of this store. I definitely will never return.
