Rude personnel
I would suggest going to another Game/Puzzle store in the mall. If you are looking for puzzles you can find a great selection for $6.00 to $10.00 at Tuesday Morning. My daughter and I went to this store tonight. There was a promotion. The guy behind the counter wouldn't honor the promotion. He was so inflexible - in fact, he was actually unpleasant. When we asked him his name he refused to give us any information. We asked for the owner's phone number - again, he refused to give us any information. Why would the owner hire an unpleasant person to run a toy store for kids???? Avoid this store if at all possible. They are not customer friendly.
