great customer sercice
Had a couple of chains on layaway and I accidentally lapsed my due date. I explained my situation to the manager and they gladly extended my due date. BTW they have a nice and easy layaway plan!

Great choice of engagement rings! I was so nervous shopping for an engagement ring and the sales associate really helped me out ! My fiancée loved the ring! ????
Shitty products and service
Not possible to give zero stars. Bought a black chain from them for over $100 less than two days and it comes apart. The stupid employee tells me “sorry but you are screwed”. They kept calling me a liar when I told them that no one pulled on chain. WHAT THEY SELL HERE IS GARBAGE, do not buy shit from these crooks. Worse fucking service and attitude.
