Reviews
Pearls taken out of necklace
We took our necklace for fixing, only part of the chain needed to be reattached. After an hour he came back with the necklace and five stones were removed. They told us they were missing when given, but we had pictures before. They said they dropped one and lost it, and did nothing about replacing. Do not go here.
Upset
I took my ruby ring to get the prongs fixed because one broke. When I got my ring back the ruby was replaced by a amethyst stone. I asked where my ruby was and he pretended like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Never again will I take my jewelry there to get fixed.
Not Again
Took in my cheap Casio for a new battery and the band to be reattached. The lady in the shop quoted me $15 for both of those tasks, I told her I wouldn't do more than $10 per task (band + battery) which she agreed to verbally. Then when she saw another watch with a broken band in my hand, told me she would do that one free of charge as well for a total cost of $20. The task took a second, and then she ran my card for $31.80 and no explanation. On top of that, ever since she has worked on my casio, it condensates every morning. I am very unhappy with this service, and wish there were a way to get my money back.
