I drove thirty miles to the mall location and the store was closed. According to the info online it should have been open. There is no number to call for information.

Done business with Gold Elements/Deerbrook Mall/ since Dec '19. Store, manager, Ms. Eldar Alon, is very persuasive, assertive, & aggressive, pursuing & gaining my misplaced friendship & trust. On Feb.2, '22 she called, stating she had given me too many discounts which an owner wanted me to repay--$23K! I don't owe GE anything, but agreed to help her out & allowed $2k to be charged to my credit card. She charged $12,990! + $2K. Beware!

I came to gold elements on November 23, 2021 around closing time. After I'd told her several times that I didn't want the products due to the price she offered me 3 products for the price of 2, and the 3rd product was free. The next day when I wanted to use the product I noticed I did not have all of my products. The products on my receipt were not the products in my bag. The manager refused to provide correct products and my refund.
