Took my Luminox $395 Navy Seal watch in for a battery. When I put it on the next day (after 2 hrs) the watch was fogged up inside and stopped running. Looked at the back of the watch and the screw down cover was loose. Took the watch back and i was told that it was not their problem. I told him it was, for the watch was not sealed properly. The 4 screw were also very rough to the touch like the wrong tool was used to remove and then tighten the screws. I have used this shop for 3 years with no issues. He stated to leave the watch so his other shop could look at it. This not how I expect to be treated as a long time customer and will no longer use their services to repair any of my 60 + watches in the future.
