Rude staff
We were there Friday 8-19 & the employee was rude. At first she was just doing her job by asking us if we needed help or was looking for something specific but it felt like we were being watch & followed the whole time, like something was going to happen, it was my husband, our 4 girls & I. I went in there because I seen something I liked but felt uncomfortable to continue looking. This was our first time in this store and idk if we will go back
Discrimination.
Terrible place! I took witness to an aweful display of discrimination between store employee and other customer ganging up on and screaming at a disabled customer. It was aweful!!! I could not stand to watch and I left without mu purchases. I will never return and I hope whoever saw this sickening display will do the same. Places like this have no place in a civilized world.

Another bad experience at gracylane.Last year the woman at the counter was just downright mean.This year I asked to see Pandora beads and the sales associate didn't want to put them on the counter,how do you look at them if they don't want to get them out!
