This place uses to be Great!
I just got snubbed by one of the employees cleaning the sign "Great American Cookie". Hey, I'm all about the cleaning, but seriously, she couldn't even acknowledge my existence! She kept cleaning the letters over and over. There was no way for her to even turn around to look at me and say, "I'm sorry, I'll be right with you."? It's extremely rude. Even I had the nerve to tell her, "Ok, Thank you!", before i walked away. I wanted to order 2 big cookie cakes. I wonder how much money you just lost out on, hmmmmm?
