Green Biotics - Las Vegas, Nevada NV 89109 - The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace

I normally don’t take the time to write a review, however those guys totally deserve that. My wife calls it “a lifetime changing experience”. Their red light device is really a game changer. Lovely customer service, and the only thing is the night cream a bit heavy.

High pressure and rude staff, overpriced products that aren’t listed on their website. Claimed to have a back room for procedures, but none listed on their website. I doubt they’re licensed for it, if it’s even true. Be warned.

The product they used on my eyes is not the same product they sold me. Be bold when they try to sell you something especially if you are out of state. Learn to say no!

The Sales Manager for Green Biotics 3900 S Las Vegas Blvd, Nino is a total scam artist, artist,manipulating, rude, and disrespectful to people's martial relationships. He was trying hard to plot me against my husband with comments made, and also insulting my husband. This was of course after he high pressured me into paying for a product I did not desire. Then had to spend another 45 minutes to get the 324.75 instead placed towards the neck and face wrinkle reducing, and face lifting product. After he does this demo on your eyes, high pressure sells you into some product you dod to want. Then goes on to insult the wrinkles on my neck and upper lip, and again shows another product quoting even higher prices then on the original eye lifting serum, that I did not want, but was tricked into buying. This manager and the company are crooks. They are selling Hermetise facial products, the stuff from jars they demo with in the store to show your face improvement are not the same thing you take home, does not erase wrinkles, or lift your appearance as they demo in store. Perhaps they use a trickery app, not sure. Anyhow, in the end I still got rooked $974. two transactions, they only tell you after they take your money you cannot refund, but only do an exchange. It is high pressure sales, and felt I was taken advantage of, and lied too as well. The prices Nino was quoting me were no where near what the pricing for the Hermetise products listed on the hermetise com website. Total scam, and Happy Birthday to me, almost caused a divorce!!! :'(

I never experience high pressure sales until August 7, 2019. I asked a simple question to the lady standing outside the door of Green Biotics, Where are the restrooms? She told me third floor. Before I new it she had me sitting in chair having guy putting Gold Wrinkle Eraser under my eye. They were so good on there sales technique that three hours later they sold me on one product ($300.00) and two products for free. I did not want the product but they have a way in getting your driver licence and credit card. By time 3 hour gone by I was exhausted and just wanted to leave. After I got home I looked the products up to see what they really cost. The product they charged me $300.00 I could of bought it on line or another store for $139.95. I felt like I was scammed. All I want is my money back. I have not used the products and afraid to. Bad experience in Las Vegas at Forum Shops at Caesars.
