On Sunday, July 23, at 4:30 pm, the service was extremely poor. It took about 40 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we received food. It seemed that the employees were overwhelmed . There whole process seemed poorly managed. Employees had food on their uniforms. We had to figure out the payment line because there were no signs nor instructions from the employees to move to the"banana" counter to pay. Some customers left and went to other vendors. One customer from Dallas said the service is like this every year(she was here for a basketball event) Another person passed by and said, 'green leaf, 2 - hr wait '. Overall not a good experience at all.
