Orthodontist
The dental staff was very nice and professional.
The orthodontist is a completely different story. They will NOT contact your insurance by phone only through software, which has completely f***** up the payments and their trying to charge me for it. They will tell you your insurance is lying
to you (not true) and refuse to do any work that would show they messed up after you sit for an 1 1/2 wait just to have the insurance run to get a consolati
