I do not recommend the purchase of the Gucci Horsebit Loafer.... the quality is just not what it used to be.
This is my pair of Gucci loafers purchased for $800, after being worn for SIX months to an office every morning.
After being in contact with Kering, the Gucci Store manager, and Gucci client services we had come to a conclusion.
The conclusion is: "my feet maybe to wide for the shoe causing the shoe to touch the ground in the front which is where you see the hole. The second conclusion we had come to is that the shoe is not made to be worn everyday and this is a wear and tear issue.
So I do not recommend the purchase of the Gucci Horsebit Loafer for people with wider feet, or expecting to wear the shoe whenever the feel.
