GUESS Factory Store - Ontario, California CA 91764 - Ontario Mills

My family came to the store on May 25, 2019 at about 8:20 PM. The employee's name is Joe. He is of Hispanic descent. He has facial hair and multiple tattoos on the right arm. On the receipt, salesperson's number is 275159. My wife had approached him to request for assistance with a merchandise. He responded back to my wife in a rudely manner with an attitude saying, "I will be with you". After he finished assisting a customer, he proceeded back to the register and NEVER came back to help my wife with her inquiry. The employee I had asked about his name must have notified Joe that I will be complaining to the corporate and do a review of the store. When it was our turn to be helped to check out, Joe NEVER asked if we found everything we had needed. He didn't even greeted us, his customers. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
