Great management
I do not recommend ordering any used items from this store (unless you want to wait for an excessive amount of time for it to be shipped). I have been patiently waiting for this store to ship my order.
After several calls to the store and being told it will be shipped by this day or that day.....It still have not shipped.
I understand being short staffed and you are trying to accommodate to your local customers. But what about your online customers? Do we not deserve the same attention to our orders? Realistically, how long does it take to put an item in a box, put a label on it, and UPS pick it up?
Im still waiting for the ASAT to be shipped, I sure cant wait to get it and play, whenever that may be....
**Update** Robbie the manager took it upon himself to cancel my order and sell the guitar I ordered. Thanks for wasting my time. You earned this one for your stellar customer service.
