Service Declining Rapidly
I used to love this store. Now, I order online. Jennifer is extremely rude and does not have enough knowledge about Gymboree clothes. I will only shop when the manager is there. Jennifer says she is an assistant manager. I know there is another very good assistant manager. Customer service from others working there is bad as well. Where did Gymboree's service go?!
