The employees here should not be in customer service. I encountered two employees with the worst attitude. One was in the dressing room. I had dropped off a dress that I was going to size up for but they didn’t have the size I needed so I just went ahead with the one I had tried in and put on the wrack when you’re done trying it on. So I go back to grab the dress and the women working mumbles something under her breathe, in hindsight I’m assuming it was something along the lines of “ pick whatever dressing room” and i didn’t respond because A. I really didn’t know what she was saying and B. Didn’t even know if she was talking to me. And C. Because I wasn’t going back to any dressing room, just to simply pick up the dress I had put down seconds earlier. She proceeded to say “ok or ignore me that’s cool” clear as day, I heard her and was like “sorry thank you” not really knowing what to say and caught completely off guard. She then says “cool!” Really sarcastically and bratty. So I was like ok.............. this is awkward and just walked away. And then when I went to cash out the women checking me out was not the nicest. I had like tried to make conversation to make this entire process a little better but she just had the shittiest attitude towards me. Like she was rolling her eyes and thought she was so much better than me and what am I doing trying to talk to her. It was an awful experiences. I’m in customer service and I do get it to an extent, sometimes you just really are spent but I never could even imagine being that rude to customers. Because at the end of the day it is your job. Needless to say I’m not going back there.
