I can’t believe what I got told by Molly. She said “It’s ok to buy as many as you wanted. But if you return, we have the right to refuse.”
I have 5 items to return and I don’t have a receipt.
And since Molly is a manager so she later said “ Good luck. I’m so sorry. But I am a manger here. So you can complain to 1855 customer service number if you want. I’ll even write it down to you. You have to leave and call them ”.
Nice to know that how you treat a customer. I don’t even know why Molly can act as a godlike with such confidence.
Speechless!!! I don’t know if I got treated this way because I’m Asian in my gym clothes after work out.
