Handicapped senior citizen!
They are a rip-off!!!!!They hook you on giving away a free item saying you only pay the shipping, but they charge you full price plus send another item with it and also charge you for it. Then they repeat each month. I ordered one product, one time, but they send two items, charging for both. I did not sign up to a repeat monthly order! The shipping order doesn’t show the price, etc. No phone number or email to reach them to cancel! Please save yourself a lot of headaches, do not order from them!
Why the extra product i didnt order
I ordered one brand and they shipped me another brand as well that i didn't even order now there coming every 25 days. My credit card told me this happens all the time. So they told me they will give me all the credit back on my card. I was even carful to make sure they sent me the trial only...They're just crooked!!
Not What Advertised. Beware
I ordered a free trial sample as advertised on TV for Pro Collagen Facial Moisturizer.
I expected to pay the shipping of $7.95. I received the product with no information other than the product and a shipping label. The product made my face red and I determined not to continue using it. About a month later I received another jar and called the number on the jar. Without my agreeing I had been charged $102.95 for the free sample (they call it trial sample) and this second jar is my subscription continuing. Beware. This company is not designed to support its customer, rather I feel they are taking advantage of they customer. I have reported them to Utah Consumer Protection. There is no transparency in this company.
