Please train your staff to be customer service oriented. Tell them to establish eye contact.Tell them to acknowledge the presence of clients. Tell them to control their emotions of frustration at front of clients. Tell them to treat clients with respect, specially those like me that are 55 year old. I had a very bad experience and was treated by a machine and like a machine. All staff need customer service training and to smile instead of looking at clients like they are mad or they have no patience with us. I hope measures are taking to improve the way they treat clients! Completely disappointed!
