Disrespectful
If I could give no stars I would. The second I walked in the store I was presented by Katrina and she was so rude, snobby and disrespectful. She did not attend any of my needs and spoke to me in a manner that was totally unprofessional and disgusting to even witness. She made me not want to ever step in this store again and I will not be returning. She made this company look terrible. I will not recommend coming here.
Safety Engineer
Lousy, unprofessional, non customer service came into this store , no one spoke to or greeted my wife and I, the store was empty, I
walked to the back and promptly made my exit. I’ve purchased Hackett items from Mr Porter. This store is a poor representation of your company. I’ll never set foot in here again.
